Air Berlin baggage rules
The weight limit for checked baggage on Air Berlin flights in Europe is 20 kg. You may check multiple pieces, but their total weight must not exceed this limit. There is a per kg fee for excess luggage. On some flights and travel classes more baggage is allowed.
You may bring one on-board item with a weight of no more than 6 kg.

Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets
Air Berlin allow rebooking of tickets for a fee and provided that you pay any difference between the cost of your existing ticket and the cost of the new ticket.
Some, but not all, types of Air Berlin tickets can be cancelled and will then be partially refunded. How much of the original ticket price that will be refunded depends on how long before departure the ticket is cancelled.
