► Booking tickets

Air Italy have several different fare classes, with Best Price fares being the cheapest one.

► Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets

Tickets booked with Best price fares can be rebooked no later than 24 hours before departure time by paying a fee of € 25 and any difference in fare between the old and the new ticket.

Name changes are allowed up to 24 hours before departure time by paying a fee of € 100.

► Air Italy baggage rules

Included in the fare is one piece of checked luggage with a weight of up to 23 kg. The charge for a second checked luggage item with a maximum weight of 23 kg is € 50. For any weight above 23 kg a fee of € 11 per kg will have to be paid.

Air Italy allow passengers to bring one piece of hand luggage with a weight of no more than 8 kg on board. By paying a per kg fee of € 11, the weight of the hand luggage item may be extended up to 12 kg.
