Air Southwest baggage rules
You may check in up to two pieces of luggage with a combined weight of no more than 20 kg for free. A per kg fee of £ 8 is payable for any excess weight.
You can bring with you on board one piece of hand luggage with a weight of no more than 7 kg. In addition you can bring a laptop computer.
Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets
You can change your flight date and time until two hours before flight departure on the Air Southwest web site. There is a fee of £ 25 for such changes and you will have to pay any fare difference between the old and new tickets.
Name changes are allowed by calling the Air Southwest call center. A fee of £ 25 have to be paid.
