Blue Air is a Romanian low cost airline operating flights from hubs in Bucharest, Bacău and Sibu to many southern and western European countries.
Blue Air offer two fare classes: Web fares and Flexi fares. The main difference between the fare classes is that you may rebook Flexi tickets for free whereas rebooking a Web fare ticket cost € 40.

Finding low priced flights on Blue Air
You can book Blue Air flights on the airline's web site, through their call center and through independent travel agencies.
In general, the fares are the same no matter how you book a Blue Air ticket. However the booking fees are lower if you book or change you ticket through the Blue Air web site.
Blue Air baggage rules
Passengers can check in up to four pieces of luggage each with a maximum size of 100 x 80 x 30 cm and a weight of no more than 32 kg. The fee for each checked luggage item is € 15.
One piece of hand luggage with a weight of no more than 7 kg can be brought on board. In addition you can bring a laptop computer.
Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets
You can change departure date and time on a ticket until three hours before the departure time of the initial flight segment.
The fee for changing a Web fare ticket through the Blue Air web site is € 40. You will also have to pay any difference in fare between the old and new ticket.
