► Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets

You can change departure time and date on a Blu-express.com ticket until 24 hours before departure time for the first flight on your ticket. You will have to pay a fee of € 30 as well as any difference in fare between the old and new tickets.

Name changes are allowed until 24 hours before departure time for the first flight on your ticket. There is a fee of € 65 for such changes.

If you do not use a ticket or cancel the reservation, Blu-express.com will not issue a refund.

► Blu-express.com baggage rules

You can check in at most two pieces of luggage. The combined weight of checked in luggage must not be above 15 kg. For any weight above this a per kg fee of € 7 have to be paid.
