The fare include allowance for up to 20 kg of checked luggage. By paying extra when you book your ticket, you can increase the baggage allowance to either 25 kg or 30 kg. There is a fee of € 10 per kg for excess baggage weight.
You can bring one piece of hand luggage with a weight if up to 5 kg.
You can rebook and change the name on tickets for helvetic.com flights until two hours before the scheduled departure time. A fee of € 25 have to be paid in addition to any fare difference between the old and new tickets.
The fees are higher if you chose to make changes by calling the airline.
