Jet2 chages a fee per checked baggage item payable when you book your ticket. Each item of checked baggage must have a weight of no more than 17 kg. There is a per kg fee for excess baggage above this limit.
You can bring one item of hand luggage with you onboard for the flight. The hand luggage must not weigh more than 10 kg and be no larger than 46 cm x 30 cm x 23 cm.
You can change flight date and time on the Jet2 web site. There is a fee of £ 27,50 for such changes and you must pay any fare difference between your existing ticket and the current price of your new ticket.
Jet2 does not allow tickets to be canceled and issues no refund on unused tickets.
