► Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets

Web fare tickets can not be changed or canceled.

For Promo fare tickets the date and time of the flight can be changed up until the day before departure. There is a fee of € 35 for this service and you will have to pay any fare difference between the old and new tickets.

► Meridiana baggage rules

Meridiana charges for luggage to be checked in by travellers on Web and Promo fare tickets.

On Meridiana's European routes, the price per bag is € 10 for a maximum of three bags. The total weight of all bags can not be above 20 kg. For any excess weight the charge is € 10 per kg.

You can bring on-board one item of hand luggage with a size not larger than 55 x 40 x 20 cm and a weight not over 8 kg.
