SmartWings fly Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 airplanes.
Tickets on SmartWings include 20 kg of checked luggage allowance.
You can bring 5 kg of hand luggage with you on-board the flight.
You can change departure time and date on SmartWings tickets by contacting the airline's call center. The fee for such changes is € 30 and you will have to pay any difference in price between the original ticket and the new one.
SmartWings does not allow name changes on tickets.
No refund is issued if you cancel or do not use a ticket.
