Most flights to and from Ukraine is operated under somewhat different rules than other Wizz Air flights. For instance, baggage rules differ. You will receive information about the rules for your flight during the booking process.
Wizz Air has a generous baggage policy allowing checked in luggage items to weigh up to 32 kg without incurring an over weight fee.

Book tickets on the Wizz Air web site or by phone. There is an additional fee if you book by phone.
Note that the size limit for the cabin bag item included in the basic fare is smaller than for most other airlines. If your cabin bag exceeds 42 x 32 x 25 cm you should upgrade to a large cabin bag. The size limit for the large bag is larger than for most airlines at 56 x 45 x 25 cm. There is no weight limit for the large cabin bag as long as you can place it in the overhead compartment unassisted.
Wizz Air offer one class of travel. Upgrades are available during the booking process, including checked in luggage, large cabin bag, priority boarding, extra leg room and reserved seat.
Pay your ticket using a credit or debit card. You may also pay by bank transfer if your day of departure is more than two weeks (14 days) away.
► Finding low priced flights on Wizz Air
Wizz Air offer flights at very low prices provided that you travel light and book your flight at least one to two weeks before departure.
You also save by checking in on-line and not at the airport.
► Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets
Wizz Air allow route and date change on tickets as well as changes to the name on the ticket. You will have to pay a fee and any difference in fare between what you paid for the original ticket and the current price of the new ticket.
If you cancel a ticket you may receive a partial refund if your flight was with the Hungarian Wizz Air operating company. However, in many cases the cancellation fee will be higher than the price paid for the ticket, resulting in nothing being refunded. The Ukrainian Wizz Air operating company does not refund tickets cancelled by customers.
► Wizz Air baggage rules
You can check-in up to six bags on Wizz Air flights. Each bag can have a maximum weight of 32 kg. Of those six bags, three can be booked and paid for on the web. The remaining three bags can only be booked at the airport and then for a higher fee.
The 32 kg weight limit per bag is an absolute upper limit which can not be exceeded.
The fee per checked in baggage item depend on the season and duration of your flight. The baggage fee is higher at the airport.
You can bring one item of carry-on baggage with you into the cabin. If the cabin bag has a size of no more than 42 x 32 x 25 cm you can bring it with you for free. Otherwise you should book room for a large carry on luggage item which must have a size of no more than 56 x 45 x 25 cm.
If you fly on the Ukranian Wizz Air operating company, one piece of carry on luggage with a size of no more than 56 х 45 х 25 cm is included in the fare.

► Checking in for your flight
When you book your flight you select between checking in on-line or at the airport. There is a fee for checking in at the airport.
The deadline for checking in on-line is three hours before departure.
After checking in on-line, you must print your boarding pass and bring it with you to the airport.
If you have checked in luggage, you must be at the bag drop counter no later than 40 minutes before departure.
You must be at the departure gate no later than 30 minutes before departure.
Airport check-in counters close 40 minutes before departure.

Wizz Air flights are operated by two operating companies: Wizz Air Hungary Kft. and Wizz Air Ukraine Airlines.
There are some differences in the general conditions of carriage between the two operators, in particular related to receiving a refund on a ticket cancelled by the customer. If your flight is with the Hungarian operating company you may receive a partial refund, while no refund is issued by the Ukrainian operator.
If you need to change you flight routing, your new routing must be with the same operating company.
Should you have a complaint about your flight, you will have to deal with the specific operating company that flew your flight.

Wizz Air offer point-to-point flights only. If you want to travel through a Wizz Air base airport to reach your final destination, you must buy two separate tickets. You will have to check in separately for each leg of your journey, collect any checked in luggage at the intermediate airport and deliver it at the bag drop counter. Wizz Air will not take any responsibility for the consequences if your first leg flight is delayed.
