Wizz Air flights are operated by three operating companies: Wizz Air Hungary Kft., Wizz Air Bulgaria EAD, and Wizz Air Ukraine Airlines.
There are some differences in the general conditions of carriage between the three operators, in particular related to receiving a refund on a ticket canceled by the customer. If your flight is with the Hungarian or Bulgarian operating company you may receive a partial refund, while no refund is issued by the Ukrainian operator.
If you need to change you flight routing, your new routing must be with the same operating company.
Should you have a complaint about your flight, you will have to deal with the specific operating company that flew your flight.

Wizz Air baggage rules
You can check-in up to six bags on Wizz Air flights with each bag having a maximum weight of 32 kg. Of those six bags, three can be booked and paid for when you order your ticket. The remaining three bags can only be booked at the airport and then for a higher fee. The 32 kg weight limit per bag is an absolute upper limit which can not be exceeded.
You can bring one item of carry-on baggage with you on board the airplane. The hand luggage can not weigh more than 10 kg and be no larger than 55x40x20 cm.

Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets
Date of flight and route can be changed by paying a fee and any difference in price between the old and the new ticket.
Name of traveller can be changed for a fee.
If you cancel a ticket you may receive a refund if your flight was with the Bulgarian or Hungarian Wizz Air operating company. However, in many cases the cancellation fee will be higher than the price paid for the ticket, resulting in nothing being refunded. The Ukrainian Wizz Air operating company do not refund tickets canceled by customers.
